Generous room size for the area | Excellent breakfast selection
The location was on a busy street, noise from trams and motorcycles was bothersome. The entrance and common areas felt outdated, lacking the charm of the rooms. The desk was cramped with other items, making work difficult.

oh where to begin? first, I had to wade through an unbearable sauna-like room, and the rude staff only appears for breakfast. also, I was absolutely expecting an upgrade for my 350+ chf splurge, but I guess I just don't mean much here. I almost gave a good review, but sadly, I just couldn’t.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming spot, especially with the easy access to trams and the delightful homemade breakfast. It was magical to explore nearby boutiques and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The portable AC unit was a fantastic touch during our warm trip with our small baby.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities available.

The clean, spacious room was a delight, with nice amenities like a coffee machine and complimentary Swiss chocolate. Breakfast was sufficient, although a bit repetitive for longer stays. The lack of on-site staff might be a downside for those unfamiliar with Zurich. Steps can be challenging for some guests.
